Jesus is the reason for the season.

I don't have any definitive proof of this (who has the time?), but I'm pretty sure that the Bible forbids tattoos. So I have no qualms about strongly condemning those who mar the bodies that God gifted them with for the sake of vanity.

I'm just here to remind you that it is okay if you need to cut yourself some slack right now.

Obviously, the peeper-pleasing bites you artfully and painstakingly arrange for photo ops online aren't actually going to be eaten by you. So, what should you do with the food, post-picture-taking?

I take great pride in the fact that my family is 1/8 Sioux, as it permits me (I feel) to consider myself as a member of an oppressed minority group. Plus, I think it protects me from critiques about cultural appropriation.

I recently skimmed the headline of an article about how "food desserts" are keeping rural and poor communities from accessing fresh produce. But how could this possibly be true?

First and foremost, we should shame them for working at all, instead. The Bible states (I'm guessing) that women should put everything aside to serve men. Sometimes we are all too tempted to live a glamorous life, in cities with flourishing industries and opportunities for professional growth or wanting to be able to pay rent and...

Let me make myself crystal clear about one thing. When I say "religion", I am referring solely to my church's branch of Christianity. I definitely don't mean Judaism or Islam. Because they are just trying to indoctrinate our children, just like the Satanic cults my hair stylist Jordannnna is always warning me about.

Because of my strong personality I am often at the receiving end of absurd accusations. The latest one has me rolling my eyes.

To be honest, most issues don't impact my life in any way, so I cannot comprehend that other less fortunate people aren't able to simply remove themselves from their reality so that they can blithely ignore everything that is going on the way I can.
