The day after Thanksgiving is a time for rebirth. Here is how I reset my body and soul.

1. An Extra Enema

Out with the old, in with the new. It's a wonderful way to focus your attention on your gut health

2. An Extra Workout Session

Getting your sweat on helps you detoxify and remove heavy metals from your bloodstream. (Whatever that means.) You have to punish yourself for enjoying food! But privately, because doing so doesn't "seem" very healthy. 

3. An Extra Church Visit
