Health & Wellness

Rehydration is important but looking even one ounce heavier than I really am-even for just two minutes-is an unthinkable thought. I was recently having a discussion with my hydrotherapolist Manuelle and he mentioned that while drinking water after working out may be essential to keep your body functioning properly, it can cause temporary "bloat"....

I have always felt as though I was more in tune with others' feelings than those around me. I just knew that I was hyper-influenced by the pain or sadness my loved ones were experiencing and that this couldn't just be how normal humans reacted. I am special and unique.

I attribute my lack of wrinkles and age spots to facial massage (and the occasional surgical tweak!). I'm also not even thirty yet, but worrying about looking "old" and haggard is constantly on my mind since I have been conditioned to base my entire value and identity on what I look like.

I don't believe in vaccines; I believe in eating healthfully in order to combat all medical issues. Proper nutrition is why no fit person has ever died from a disease in all the history of humankind.
